1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dd111 website accessible at https://dd111.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any natural person who has registered a dd111 account or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the dd111 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matching deposit credit awarded by dd111 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all dd111 Accounts are denominated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sportsbook market, casino game, live dealer table, crash game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process that dd111 may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction a Player may place on their own Account to prevent access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the dd111 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a Bet — you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or connection method used to access the Platform. If you access dd111 via a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other interface, these Terms apply equally.

dd111 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a dd111 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dd111 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will require age verification documents upon withdrawal or at any time deemed appropriate.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any form of syndicate is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing dd111 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Opening duplicate Accounts may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party when placing Bets on the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a dd111 employee where participation in certain promotions may create a conflict of interest.

During registration, Players must provide a valid email address and a mobile number. dd111 may use these contact details to send account notifications, verification codes, and — where the Player has opted in — promotional communications. Players may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected].

4 Account Management

Each Player is solely responsible for the security and proper use of their Account. The following rules apply to Account management:

• Players must keep their username and password strictly confidential and must not share access with any other person for any reason.
• dd111 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account.
• If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, they must notify dd111 immediately at [email protected]. dd111 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
• Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be processed as a withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method.
• dd111 reserves the right to close or suspend an Account without notice if fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or other prohibited conduct is identified or suspected.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or Bet activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. dd111 will notify the Player via their registered email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Any real-money Balance in a dormant Account will be retained and will not be forfeited without further notice to the Player.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dd111 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. dd111 does not currently impose a maximum single-deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time in the case of bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear in the Account Balance, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. dd111 will reject and return deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change and the current list is always displayed in the Account cashier.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• dd111 targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player's Account must have completed any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits that have not been used to unlock a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• dd111 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requested documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• dd111 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dd111 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dd111 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. dd111 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn and will not be paid out as part of a winnings withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw real-money funds while Bonus Funds with an unmet Wagering Requirement remain in the Account will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
• dd111 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — if it determines that a Player has attempted to exploit a promotion through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• All bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Players who demonstrably use low-risk betting strategies purely to convert Bonus Funds (so-called "bonus abuse") may have their Bonus Funds voided and their Account reviewed.
• Promotional offers are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion. dd111 may withdraw any promotion before its stated end date if there is evidence of widespread abuse or a technical error affecting the promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all Bets and wagers placed on the dd111 Platform across all product types, including sportsbook, live betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other wagering product:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed Bet may not be cancelled, amended, or voided by the Player except in circumstances where dd111's specific rules for the relevant product explicitly permit it (for example, cash-out functionality where available).
• dd111 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a disputed result in any sporting event, dd111 will use the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, FIFA) as the basis for settling Bets. dd111's decision on result disputes is final.
• Winnings from slots and casino games are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the game providers. dd111 does not control or influence RNG outcomes.
• Players are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place Bets on the Platform. Any Account found to be using automated betting tools will be suspended immediately.
• Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by dd111 at any time. Account-level limits may also be applied to individual Players at dd111's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd111 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance withheld pending investigation, and any winnings deemed to have been derived from prohibited conduct forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or accepting instructions from a third party regarding Bets to be placed on your Account.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback after a deposit has been used to place Bets.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward dd111 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any Self-Exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming tool applied to your Account.

9 Responsible Gaming

dd111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to provide a safe and sustainable platform for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account settings. Changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately. Increases to a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will prompt them to take a break. This tool is available in Account settings.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying total session time and net spend, helping them maintain awareness of their activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary Self-Exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-Exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During a Self-Exclusion period, the Player's Account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.

dd111 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact a Player or restrict their Account if patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling are identified. This is done in the Player's interest and is not punitive in nature.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dd111 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data structures, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the property of dd111 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dd111.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or game provided by dd111's game partners.
• Use the dd111 brand name, logo, or trademark in any external communication, advertising, or social media content without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd111 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if dd111 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, server failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond dd111's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data, which may be subject to delay or inaccuracy.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with the responsible gaming tools or these Terms.

dd111's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

dd111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use (including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history) is used for the following purposes:

• Account creation, verification, and maintenance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Delivering customer support and responding to queries.
• Sending account-related notifications and, where opted in, promotional communications.
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent or prohibited activity on the Platform.

dd111 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the document header. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

If a Player does not agree to an amended version of these Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing online entertainment platforms in the jurisdiction in which dd111 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration before any legal proceedings are commenced.

dd111 operates as an entertainment platform. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of online betting and casino services is lawful in their own jurisdiction. dd111 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
